UK Winnie the Pooh Inspired ‘Bearbnb’ is a Disney Travel Dream Come True

Have you ever wanted to spend a night in the Hundred Acre Wood?
A team with Disney and Airbnb drove to a bucket list-worthy “Bearbnb” in Ashdown Forest in Nutley, England – just under a two-hour drive from London.
Tucked away in the same forest that the original tale was inspired by for the Hundred Acre Wood, it looks like it was taken straight from a storybook or Winnie the Pooh cartoon.
This Disney dream come true is part of Disney’s celebrations for the 95th anniversary of the Winnie the Pooh character created by AA Milne and illustrated by EH Shepard.
Airbnb host Kim Raymond is actually a Disney-appointed Winnie the Pooh illustrator with 30 years of character drawing experience. They brought Pooh’s house to life, taking inspiration from EH Shepard’s original decorations.
“The ‘Bearbnb’ is a unique experience that brings the charm of Pooh to life for fans, while honoring the original adventures that have been so important to so many for 95 years,” they said in a statement.

However, only customers residing in the UK will be able to book it for two separate overnight stays.
This truly unique experience would be great for superfans.
“What better way to commemorate AA Milne’s classic work than with these two unique stays in the original Hundred Acre Wood,” said Catherine Powell, Global Head of Hosting, Airbnb.

Still, the rest of us can enjoy revisiting our favorite cartoons and returning to our books if we want a dose of Winnie the Pooh nostalgia.
