Evelyn Logan is launching a Kickstarter campaign for her first children’s book

Seeking community support via Kickstarter, In the Streets of Ondo is an entertaining and educational children’s book by a Nigerian-American author!

Evelyn Logan is an emerging Nigerian American author and storyteller with a wealth of experience in many fields ranging from education to entrepreneurship. She lives in Maryland with her husband and three children, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in public health policy. In the streets of Ondo is her first children’s book and it is about diversity and what it represents. To introduce the world to this inspiring children’s book project, Evelyn recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, and she welcomes the generous support and support from the community.

“In the streets of Ondo is an entertaining picture book about friendship, bravery, traditions and multi-generational relationships.” Says Evelyn Logan, while presenting this project to the Kickstarter community. This book celebrates diversity. “This story celebrates various books and the importance of this book on our shelves by highlighting multi-generational relationships in Ondo, Nigeria. The 36-page full-color book is written for ages 4-10 and is available in hard and softcover. Additionally, the book also includes a glossary of Yoruba words used throughout the story.
